The past year has been a challenging one and more people than ever have been seeking support for their mental and emotional wellbeing whether that be from a professional, a support group or by sourcing information online.

We have developed a short online survey which can be accessed via this link:

www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/betterinformation

Healthwatch Doncaster are interested to know more about people's experience of getting support for their emotional and mental heath needs. We want to know what has worked well and what could have been better?

The results will be published in a report which will be shared with service providers and commissioners and on our website.  The findings will influence future service planning and we would encourage as many people as possible to take part in the survey.

Healthwatch Doncaster’s role is to engage with the Doncaster public to gather their experiences of accessing health and social care services, which they use to influence service provision locally.

The focus of our work between October and December will be around mental and emotional health and as part of this we will be asking the public to help us by sharing their experiences with us.

We want to hear about your experiences so that, together, we can help improve the quality of local services.
