Doncaster Dementia Engagement Surveys

Doncaster Council have now developed a short survey for people to complete as part of engagement for the new Co-Produced Dementia Strategy. This is for with dementia/memory concerns, their family/friends, carers, volunteers and other professionals.

It is really important that we hear from people with dementia/memory concerns, their family/friends, carers, volunteers and other professionals/stakeholders to help drive forward priorities for the strategy and help shape services moving forward. By doing so, we can ensure that people with Dementia in Doncaster receive relevant and timely support, advice, guidance and care that is right for them.

There are 2 separate surveys:

One for people with Dementia and family members/friends

The surveys will be live until the end of the day on Sunday 19th February 2023.
